VIDEO: Sheikh Mohamed visits Al Suhub Rest House, says Sultan harnessed all possibilities to serve UAE and its people

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, visited the "Al Suhub Rest House" located 600 metres above the sea level on Tuesday.
It is one of the latest tourism projects in Khor Fakkan.
Sheikh Mohamed was briefed on the components of the two-storey structure, and the services provided to visitors.
The rest house was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah in Khor Fakkan a few days ago.
Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed said on his Twitter account, " Today I visited the cloud lounge in Khor Fakkan... a beautiful view of the city’s landmarks and its ancient history, which God has blessed with the beauty and diversity of nature... vital and qualitative projects that support tourism in the homeland... appreciate the efforts of the Ruler of Sharjah Sheikh Sultan Al Qasimi, who harnessed all possibilities to serve the country and the citizen.”
The ground floor of the rest house include a restaurant and a cafe that can accommodate 88 visitors in the inner hall and 48 in the outer balcony, while the basement contains a multi-purpose hall, a prayer room for men and another for women, toilets, and service and administrative facilities.
Al Suhub Rest House, which was implemented on an area of 10,250 square metres, was decorated with green spaces, where 8,700 trees were planted around the area.
Children can enjoy at exciting play area, which was built on 541 square metres surrounded by variety of plants and trees.
Engineer Ayman Al Naqbi, Director of the Department of Planning and Survey - Khorfakkan Branch, announced that the latest tourism project in the city of Khorfakkan, "Al Suhub Rest House," received about 50,000 visitors during the Eid holiday.
Al-Naqbi said that the choice of the Ruler of Sharjah for the resting place on one of the mountain peaks in the city of Khor Fakkan comes with a charming panoramic view of the city.
