A man from the state of Virginia won a $1 million lottery prize 7 years after winning $2.5 million.
Michael Worsham from Chesapeake told Virginia Lottery officials that he had bought the ticket, but he misread his prize at first, to make sure the number was correct, as he did not believe his eyes.
Warsham said his earnings would help him make some investments and care for his children.
Warsham, a small business owner, in December 2014 had won $2.5m when he scartched off a Virginia Lottery ticket.
However, the level of excitement for Warsham was same as it was seven years ago.
