Two more of the six Palestinian inmates who escaped from a high-security prison in northern Israel earlier this week were captured on Saturday morning, Israeli police said.
"Two more prisoners who escaped were captured a short time ago... while they were hiding in a parking lot for trucks," the police said, bringing the number of escaped prisoners who have been captured to four.

Earlier, the Israeli army radio announced that "two Palestinian prisoners who escaped from Gilboa prison few days ago were arrested," stressing that Mahmoud Aradeh and Yakub Kadari are the two prisoners who were arrested, near Jabal Al-Qafzeh, south of Nazareth.

The six were held in the same cell, and it was reported that they escaped through a tunnel they had dug over a period of several months.
The Israeli Prison Service published photos and videos showing a narrow tunnel dug under a sink in the bathroom of a cell.
The Israeli army said in a statement that its forces helped in the pursuit of prisoners who escaped from Gilboa prison and that it allocated planes to carry out surveillance missions.
