VIDEO: Expo 2020 Dubai begins trial run with work teams

The site Expo 2020 Dubai began receiving thousands of work teams and their families, in preparation for the launch of the activities of the global event on Oct.1.

On Thursday and Friday, visitors and invitees inspected the site by visiting a number of pavilions, and toured a number of facilities and various destinations participating in the event.

This step came as a trial run of the event site, full readiness of the facilities, and monitoring of visitor movement days before the official opening.

The work teams sought to get acquainted with all the details related to the operation of the pavilions and related to the basic facilities at the venue, such as electricity rooms, internet and communications networks, and other facilities that contribute to the completion of work during the official operation.
