Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has set up a five-lane drive-through PCR testing facility at Expo 2020 site.
DHA has also set up a PCR screening centre with a capacity of 10,000 tests per day. The centre will provide results within four hours.
DHA’s plan was revealed when His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, visited the operations centre of the Expo 2020 venue in Dubai on Sunday.
Sheikh Mohammed reviewed the processes followed by the main operations centre, which is the base for 134 units of government and private entities in charge of operations, safety and security of the mega event.
Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied on his visit by Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Expo 2020 Dubai Higher Committee.
