Visitors to Expo 2020 Dubai were thrilled with cooled lounge chairs in the shape of Arabic letters, 230 pedal-assist bicycles at 23 stations and food delivery robots roaming the roads at the site to make things work perfectly.
As they Dubai, Dubai doesn’t leave anything to chances.
Bicycle 23 stations enable visitors and staff to reserve and use bicycles to tour the exhibition facilities easily.
Talabat, the region’s leading online food and q-commerce delivery platform and the Official Food Delivery Provider for Expo 2020 proudly announced its partnership with Terminus Group, the Official robotics partner at Expo 2020, launched the autonomous food delivery robots, revolutionising sustainable last mile delivery at Expo 2020.
Using advanced artificial intelligence (AI) for point-to-point food delivery, the robots will carry orders from Talabat's state-of-the-art two-story cloud kitchen for customers at designated delivery points on the Expo site.
Clients can unlock a robot using special unique QR codes or order IDs to ensure that food is delivered in a safe, contactless, and seamless manner to customers.
Visitors at Expo 2020 are expected to get astonished with more such unique displays and events.
