His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, accompanied by Sheikh Hamdan and Sheikh Maktoum, tours Expo 2020 Dubai on its second day.
Sheikh Mohammed visited the pavilion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The daily media reported that the number of visitors exceeded 53,000 of different ages and nationalities during the first day.
Millions of viewers virtually and from different continents attended the opening ceremony of Expo 2020 Dubai, where more than three million people around the world explored the content of the newly developed online interactive platform VirtualExpo.world, and tested it during the first 24 hours of its launch to the world, while the exhibition revealed to the public.
Expo 2020 Dubai will take place from Oct.1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
The Expo 2020 is one of the largest events to take place globally since the pandemic began, and the organizers assure that health and safety is the utmost priority.
