The UAE emergency authorities on Monday announced that the Cyclone Shaheen has subsided and its impact on UAE is minimal.
The National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) said during a media briefing, “We announce the end of the tropical Cyclone Shaheen.”
The authorities praised the readiness and preparedness of all national and local teams to handle the situation.
Oman authorities also said that Cyclone Shaheen weakened on Monday but left a trail of devastation across the country.
Seven more people died in Oman from their impact of Shaheen.

The UAE authorities said, “We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all the communities in the UAE for their response and cooperation with all instructions issued by the concerned authorities, which aim to ensure their health and safety.”
