VIDEO: Prizes of up to $10m await 'Dubai Future Solution' providers

Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has launched Dubai Future Solutions, a global initiative aimed at creating innovative solutions for improving people’s lives.

“We launched the "Dubai Future Solutions" with awards of nearly $10 million to motivate innovators, specialists, companies, research centers and universities to create new quality of life ideas for humanity by finding solutions to future challenges using innovative technologies,” tweeted Sheikh Hamdan.

Sheikh Hamdan, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), said Dubai always has been and continues to be a place that nurtures innovation, and we seek to constantly explore ways to further enhance the emirate's position on the global innovation map.”

“Dubai Future Foundation presented a unique model in business accelerators and we will build on this by taking it global. We want Dubai to be the launching pad for the world’s creative ideas and for a future that guarantees the best quality of life & the highest success for humanity,” Hamdan tweeted.
