Mother kept daughter’s body in the bathroom for 5 years in Kuwait

A young Kuwaiti man went to the security authorities to report his mother, who kept the body of his sister inside the bathroom of their family home located in Salmiya.
The sister died in 2016.
A security source stated according to the Kuwaiti media that the security forces went to the site and found the aforementioned body inside a closed bathroom.
The security personnel said only skeleton remains were found.
He explained that the body was referred to the forensic medicine to determine the cause of death at the time.
The mother was taken into custody.
The police are investigating the death and are likely to question kin.
