Saudi security forces have identified a person who appeared in a video circulating assaulting a woman.
The Medinah Police media spokesman for the area explained that the initial inference procedures indicated that the aggressor was a citizen, and he was assaulting his wife as a result of a dispute between them.
The spokesman confirmed that the initial legal procedures were completed and the case was referred to the Public Prosecution branch.
A legal action would be taken against the man.
