His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Sunday approved housing projects in Dubai worth Dhs3.8 billion, including the distribution of 2,000 residential plots and 900 ready residential villas.
Sheikh Mohammed said on Twitter, “Today, we approved housing projects in Dubai worth Dhs3.8 billion, including distribution of 2,000 residential plots, 900 ready residential villas, and an integrated complex worth Dhs500 million for small families.
“The projects also include a set of services for beneficiaries, including the possibility for the government to manage building of their own houses, exemptions from government fees, and reduction of monthly installments for housing loans.”
Sheikh Mohammed added, “The housing file will remain one of the top priorities I personally follow-up. Our goal is to change the shape of residential neighborhoods for citizens in the future to ensure the world’s best lifestyle and the best environment for families.”
