The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention on Sunday has announced the adoption of the booster dose for all groups of adults aged 18 years and over.
During the media briefing on the virus situation in the UAE, an official said that all those vaccinated with the two basic doses of the Pfizer Bionic and Sputnik vaccine, must take booster dose six months after the second dose.
This is in addition to the previously announced booster doses for those who received the Sinopharma vaccine.

“The societal role is important in adhering to precautionary measures such as masks, hand hygiene, and maintaining physical distance Because they are essential factors that contribute to stopping the chain of transmission of the virus,” official said.
"We advise everyone to ensure that the supportive doses are obtained on time and not to be delayed, especially the elderly and those with chronic diseases," the official.
