The UAE Ministry of Health conducted 340,100 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and revealed 148 new cases of the Coronavirus.
The ministry said 92 previously infected people recovered from the dreaded virus. It also said that there were and no COVID-19-related deaths in the past 24 hours.
The Health Ministry stressed its aim to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of Coronavirus cases and carry out the necessary treatment.
The authorities said that the infected individuals are from various nationalities. They are in stable condition.
The authorities in the UAE have urged residents to take COVID-19 booster shots to increase immunity in the society.

Recently, the officials said, “New waves of the virus have been discovered in a number of countries, which are mainly due to non-adherence to precautionary measures and the need to increase vaccination rates.”
“In light of the spread of variants and because most countries are facing new outbreaks, people are encouraged to take the booster shot of the vaccine to increase immunity in the society,” an official said.
The World Health Organization has praised the Abu Dhabi Stem Cells Centre in COVID-19 treatments.
