A new book on His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, will be published soon.
The book is entitled ‘Dare to Dream: How Mohammed Bin Rashid Made His Dream of Dubai Come True.’
The author of the book is Raed Barqawi, editor-in-chief of Al Khaleej newspaper.
In the book, Barqawi reviews the story of Dubai’s success and how it became, under the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed, a leading world hub and a place where Arab youth could find resources and opportunities to realise their dreams. The Motivate Media Group has decided to publish the book in Arabic later this month, and a copy in English is expected soon.
Raed Barqawi said he would donate the revenues of the book to Al Noor Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities.
He commented on the event, “I sought to highlight the vision which enabled Dubai to become one of the most attractive cities in the world.”
The book explores the qualifications which enabled Dubai and the United Arab Emirates to dream at a time many stopped dreaming, and what the future has for the UAE, besides other important topics.
Ian Fairservice, Managing Partner of Motivate Media Group, said: “We are so glad to publish this wonderful new book on His Highness Sheikh Mohammed. Raed Barqawi is one of the most experienced journalists and writers, especially in the business field. He has always been a trusted opinion writer on regional affairs over the past several decades.
“His book depicts the wisdom and vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed, traces the astonishing development of the UAE, as well as explores Sheikh Mohammed’s leadership and future initiatives which helped inspire and empower the youth. The book will be enjoyable for everyone who has been amazed by the stunning growth story of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.”
