Real estate market news always comes to us about the sale of villas, palaces and luxury apartments, but this news is completely different, as the sale process is done for an entire mountain in Australia.
A mountain in Queensland is offered for sale for only $620,000, with a plot of land with stunning panoramic views of the bush and a lake, Mount Hallen on Gatton Esk Road in the Somerset region features stunning panoramic views of the surrounding bush, and it also has its own postal code.

The plot is 107.27 hectares, located 100 km northwest of Brisbane, with views of nearby Lake Wivenhoe and its summit can only be reached by four-wheel drive.
Originally listed in 2019 for the first time in 30 years, the private mountain has recently hit the market again for buyers looking for an unfamiliar lifestyle.
The mountain for sale is undeveloped forest land, the only infrastructure is an old power plant, formerly used for mapping.
Selling agent Lyn Sills of Realty previously told local media, “The mountain was used as a holiday destination by its previous owners.”
Sills explained: The previous owners had planned to build a retirement home on the unique plot and had always dreamed of living on the mountain.
The mountain was last sold for $122,000 in 1989, a bargain compared to Brisbane's current average price of $757,000.
