Sheikh Hamdan shares video of a man doing pushups on moving bus

Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, shared a video on his Instagram stories of a man working out on a moving bus.

The 15-second interesting video showed a man carefully balancing on top of seats and doing pushups on the moving bus. 

The Dubai Crown Prince captioned the video, “The definition of NO Excuse…”

The video appears to be from Dubai. 

The sport-enthusiastic Crown Prince encourages everyone to practise any sport to remain fit.

Sheikh Hamdan keeps sharing photos and videos of his fitness sessions on his Instagram account.

Recently he shared photos and videos of his gruelling workout session in scorching heat in Dubai.

In one of the videos, Sheikh Hamdan was seen riding a road bicycle with his friends with the temperature reaching 40°C.

Sheikh Hamdan also ran in the Dubai Marathon 2021.

Residents and visitors of all ages and abilities numbering 70,000 came together to make history and take part in the inaugural Run.

Dubai is one of the fittest cities in the world thanks to its number of gyms, training facilities and its annual fitness challenge also encourages residents to exercise for 30 minutes every day for 30 days.
