The Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Islamic Culture of the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai announced that the number of residents and visitors who embraced Islam during 2021 exceeded 3,800 Muslims, with an increase of 17% compared to 2020, according to the annual report issued by the centre.
Hind Mohammed Lootah, Director of the Centre indicated that the increase in the number of new Muslims in the emirate during 2021 is thanks to the continuous efforts made by the Centre, in addition to the efforts of Dubai Police and the direct support of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department, which offers the true Islamic religion to non-Muslims through explaining its principles, concepts and teachings in a civilised way in various languages
