The Arab Youth Centre (AYC) has concluded the 4th edition of the Young Arab Media Leaders Programme organised by the centre with the support of the centre's Chairman Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, by the graduation of promising Arab media talents from various fields of media work from 17 Arab countries.
In the presence of Shamma Bint Suhail Faris Al Mazrui, Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Vice Chair of the Arab Youth Centre, and others, the members graduated from the programme, which equipped them with new methods and techniques in professional media work, and the Arab and international media field.

The programme witnessed dozens of intensive workshops and meetings with elite media personalities and decision-makers in the region, and field visits to media institutions, including the Expo 2020 Media Centre.
Shamma Al Mazrui said, "Today we see a new start for young talent in media and other vital sectors. They bring with them experiences and new ideas, professional values, creativity and innovation, and continuous learning to contribute effectively in designing and manufacturing the future that they and our societies aspire to, to present the ideal image of Arab contributions in the global arena."
She added, "Empowering young talent in various pivotal majors, foremost of which is the media in all its forms and tools, will enable them to be faithful carriers of success stories of their countries and present them to the world in a way that befits the new generation of talented Arab media professionals who highlight future opportunities."
She congratulated the graduates of this edition and stressed that Arab media talents would have a strategic role in the coming period to highlight models of achievements and excellence in our Arab societies.
In turn, Abdullah Abdul Karim, Executive Director of Emirates News Agency said, "We are proud of our partnership with AYC to be part of realising the vision of Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan aimed at empowering Arab youth in the media sector, investing in their energies and providing them with the necessary skills to upscale their careers journey."
Abdul Karim added, "WAM is committed to the success of this programme and its objectives, we have worked to allocate a training track for the graduates of the programme that ends with their hiring them and granting them the opportunity to work in the field at Expo 2020 Dubai."
