The firefighting teams at the Dubai Civil Defense brought a fire that broke into a façade of a residential tower in Al Barsha area under control on Friday afternoon in just 14 minutes.
No casualties were reported, official sources confirmed. In detail, a source from the Dubai Civil Defense stated that the civil defense teams arrived at the fire’s location in 4 minutes, as the operations room was alerted about the fire at 1:24 pm. It was reported that the façade of a residential building locating in Al Barsha area had caught fire.
The firefighting and rescue team immediately proceeded with the evacuation operations, followed by the extinguishing, which was completed in 14 minutes, with no injuries or deaths. The fire caused material damages to the façade of the building, the source confirmed. The civil defense teams also continued the cooling operations of the scene, so that the competent authorities will initiate the investigation into the incident.
