Ukrainians don’t need sponsors for UAE residency visa: Embassy

The Embassy of Ukraine in the UAE has said that under the special procedure for residency in the UAE, Ukrainians living can apply for visa without the need of sponsors.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the UAE, the people of the countries facing disasters can contact the Tasheel Service Centres and can provide their details for the residency permit.
The embassy also said Ukrainians can stay for 1 year in the country without any fines.
The Embassy statement also says that citizens of Ukraine who are in the UAE are also are exempt from paying fines for exceeding the permitted period of stay.
