A video clip spread on social media documented that an Egyptian woman set fire to a vehicle belonging to her daughter's ex-wife, after she learned of his marriage to another woman.
The clip showed the woman pouring flammable substance on the car and set it on fire in the Suez Governorate, east of Cairo, and then she ran away.
The Egyptian security services succeeded in uncovering the circumstances of the clip, and the perpetrator of the incident was caught.
According to local media, the security services monitored the video on one of the pages of the social networking site “Facebook”, and by examination.
Immediately, the security services were able to apprehend the accused at the time, and it was found that the car belonged to a person (a merchant). After questioning, he accused the women (the mother of his ex-wife) and said that there are differences between them.
