Emirates Post confirmed that it continues to work to confront fraudulent activities that threaten customers and put an end to them in cooperation and coordination with the competent authorities, and through awareness campaigns.
Emirates Post advised its customers to take utmost care and caution when dealing with fake emails claiming to be affiliated with Emirates Post.
Emirates Post clarified that it provides a secure electronic payment gateway through its website emiratespost.ae, which is the only electronic payment method for its shipments.
The authorities stressed that all electronic payment links use the domain emiratespost.ae or epg.ae, and that it never redirects customers to third-party electronic payment gateways, and does not ask them to share personal information.
Emirates Post stressed that its customer support team continues to monitor these fraudulent activities, calling for verifying the sender's email address and contacting the team by calling 600 5 99999 or via e-mail [email protected] to verify the validity of any suspicious correspondence.
