The Egyptian Port Said governorate witnessed a strange incident, when a group of young people in the Zohour neighborhood rescued an elderly woman, who fell from the balcony of her second-floor apartment, on a tin shed, according to Egyptian media.
According to the media, which published the video, the youth of the area succeeded in rescuing the elderly woman and brought her down from the shed.
Their efforts were widely praised.
The young men, using a wooden ladder, put it in a place near where the elderly woman fell on the first floor of the residential building.
They instructed her not to move from her place until they climbed on the unstable shed and rescued her.
The video clip was widely praised on social media for what the young men did, with people describing the situation as "courageous and humane", and demanded the necessity of providing the woman with the necessary health care services.
