UAE residents and tourists visited the Jebel Jais’s peak during the first two days of Eid Al Adha.
It is estimated that around 12 ,500 vehicles went up to the peaks on the first two days.
It is believed that over 30,000 visitors have ascended the Jebel Jais on the first and second days of the Eid Al Adha and the numbers is expected to increase on the third day and final Eid day.
The authorities said police patrol vehicles are deployed to organise traffic along the Jabal Jais’ 36-km-long road from Al Burairat and Wadi Qada’a till the Jebel Jais’s peak.
On the other hand, Umm Al Quwain Mall and Al Bait Mutwahid Walk witnessed a large influx and turnout of citizens and residents, during the first two days of the Eid Al-Adha holiday, taking with them their children and families to enjoy the events that were held in the mall theater.
The moderate temperatures contributed to an increase in the number of visitors, amid a distinctive festive atmosphere.
The mall is the largest commercial complex in Umm Al Quwain, and includes 30 various stores, a cinema, a food court, and parking.
It also includes international brands and restaurants, and serves a wide segment of visitors and residents in the emirate, instead of going to the neighbouring areas for shopping.
