A brother sued his sister at the Abu Dhabi Court for Family, Civil and Administrative Matters, demanding to oblige her to deliver the car he gave to her ASAP to the nearest police station, and to pay Dhs30,000, the value of the traffic violations and fines she committed by his car since the date she receive it.
He also demanded obligating her to pay a legal interest of 12%, fees and expenses.
The plaintiff argued that the value of the car was Dhs40,000, and that he gave it to his sister, to use it, but she committed many violations with it, and did not return the car to him.

He confirmed that there were no criminal lawsuits between the plaintiff and the defendant.
The Court dismissed the case and obligated the plaintiff to pay the expenses and fees, and indicated that the case papers contained no evidence of the trueness of what he claimed.
The Court also pointed out that the plaintiff did not request an investigation to prove the reality of what he claimed.
