Al Ain Court of First Instance ordered a woman to pay Dhs17,950 to her lawyer, who represented her before the Personal Status Court, and exercised the necessary care by attending sessions, pleading and submitting memoranda, but the woman refused to pay the remaining fees due.
The details of the case indicated that the lawyer filed a lawsuit against his client, requesting that she be obligated to pay him the remaining Dhs17,950 of his fees, besides the fees and expenses.
The lawyer submitted a document for his claim, which included a copy of the fee agreement referred to, a copy of the power of attorney, and copies of the minutes of the sessions, memoranda and judgments indicating his attendance thereon.
