VIDEO: Youth performs stunt on 11 kV high-tension power lines in India

A video of a youth doing stunts on high-voltage wires in India’s Uttar Pradesh province has left netizens confused and shocked.
In the video, which is reportedly shot in the Amaria town of Pilibhit district, a man identified as Noushad can be seen hanging precariously on the wires and doing all sort of stunts.
He seems totally oblivious to the fact that he is playing with his life as he keeps moving on the wire without caring for the worried onlookers.
Noushad survived his dangerous stunt because of the fact that due to rain in the area the electricity department has cut off the power supply of the area.
After much persuading, neighbours were able to bring down Noushad.
People immediately informed the electricity department and Noushad’s family was called.
Family members told local media that for the last few days Noushad is doing weird things and doesn’t seemed to be mentally fit.
