The Ministry of Community Development will organise the joint Emirati-Saudi Productive Families Exhibition on Tuesday 11th October at Star Atrium in Dubai Mall in the attendance of Hessa Bint Essa Buhumaid, UAE Minister of Community Development.
The exhibition is being organised in collaboration with Social Development Bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for six days and the participation of (24) productive families from the two countries i.e. (12) Emirati productive families and (12) Saudi productive families.
The exhibition embodies the GCC cooperation vision and promotes an exceptional bilateral partnership between the UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to broaden and expand the successful experiences of productive families, support their disseminated efforts, develop their projects and products locally and regionally.
It also seeks to develop and stimulate entrepreneurship among productive families, exchange their expertise and practices, promote micro-products and projects on a more competitive basis.
The exhibition is being organised at Dubai Mall to represent an exceptional marketing experience and at the same time reflect the vision of the UAE Ministry of Community Development to empower and enhance the successful experiences of productive families.
The exhibition gives a chance for visitors to shop at its various stalls.
The Emirati-Saudi productive families will showcase a number of products namely: printed items, children's clothing, jalabiyas, abayas, perfumes, dukhoon, decorative utensils, spices manufactured by Emirati families, local honey, natural oils, sweets, desserts and more.
The Emirati-Saudi joint exhibition reflects a set of development goals related to social, economic and cultural aspects and bilateral relations based on the vision of integration and cooperation between the UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in various fields.
The productive families’ joint exhibition at Dubai Mall provides an opportunity for the community members and the public of all categories and nationalities to visit and shop from its various stores, get introduced to learn about the most important traditional and modern products made by productive families, and inspired by Gulf culture and heritage.
The experience of the joint Emirati-Saudi productive families exhibition follows the success of the joint exhibition for Emirati and Kuwaiti productive families, which was organised by the Ministry at Dubai Mall over 5 days between 16-20 July 2019, with the participation of (24) productive families from the two countries in addition to the initiative of the (UAE and Kuwait), in organising their first joint Emirati-Kuwaiti productive families exhibition participated by (25) families, during the period from 31st January to 4th February 2019 at the Avenues Center in the State of Kuwait.
