The security forces in Port Said governorate, Egypt, have initiated investigation into a murder that shook the community. The crime was similar to that occurred previously, in which Naira, Salma and Amani died after they refused to marry the perpetrators.
A young man strangled his co-worker, Kholoud Al Sayed after she refused to marry him, according to local media.
The perpetrator, who worked in a factory in the free zone, reportedly strangled his colleague Kholoud, after she refused to marry him, near her house.
It was also said that he had threatened the victim a day before the incident that he would kill her if she refused to marry him.
And when he went to the factory the next day and did not find her, he headed to her house, where he stalked and strangled her.
The body of the 20-year-old victim, whose both parents are dead, was sent to the hospital.
The body was placed in the hospital’s mortuary at the disposal of the Public Prosecution, to initiate investigations into the incident, take legal measures, and authorize burial.
