VIDEO: Reckless motorist kills another after deliberately colliding with vehicle in Kuwait

Kuwaitis circulated a horrific video clip, which showed a vehicle driver deliberately colliding with another vehicle, which caused it to overturn and led to the death of the driver.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior arrested the errant driver that caused the accident on one of the main roads, according to what was published by Kuwaiti local media.
The Ministry of the Interior published a statement on its official page on Twitter, in which it confirmed that the driver of a vehicle appeared in a video clip circulated on social media, including his intentional collision with another vehicle, which caused the death of its driver.
It added that the accused person was referred to the competent authority to take the necessary action against him.
