VIDEO: Youth detained for romancing on two-wheeler in India

The Indian Police have detained a 23-year-old youth for public display of affection on a two-wheeler in Lucknow.
The incident took place in Hazratganj area of Lucknow.
The police said that youth has been identified as Vicky.
The police also revealed that the girl with him is a minor.
Videos had gone viral on the social media of the young couple indulging in public display of affection on the two-wheeler.
The Hazratganj Police said that a case under Section 294, 279 had been registered in the matter.
The police spokesman said that the scooty has been seized.
"We are taking necessary action in the matter," the spokesman said.
A senior police official said that the behaviour of the couple not only transcends the boundaries of decency and social behaviour but is also an offence under the Motor Vehicles Act.
