Court obligates 4 workers to pay Dhs150,000 for stealing electric cables

The Abu Dhabi Court for Family and Civil and Administrative Cases obligated 4 workers to pay Dhs150,000 to a company they worked for, as compensation for damages incurred as a result of theft of electric cables.
The company filed a lawsuit against the 4 workers, demanding that they pay it Dhs151,000 in material and moral compensation, as they stole electrical cables that were in their custody while working for the company.
The company indicated that a criminal case was filed against them and the court convicted them and fined each of them Dhs20,000.
