Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan's non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued in the Tosha Khana case.
Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal issued arrest warrant for Imran.
Today in 4 different cases Chairman PTI appeared in 2 cases of Sessions Court including Anti-Terrorism Court and Banking Court while he had to appear in Islamabad High Court where he requested to delete terrorism provisions from a case.
Imran Khan has filed the second application in the High Court for pre-arrest bail in the murder case.
Imran Khan appeared in the Anti-Terrorism Court and the Banking Court where his bails were granted, while he did not appear in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal in the murder and Tosha Khana reference and his lawyers also applied for bail from the court.
During the hearing, Imran Khan's lawyer said that Imran Khan could not appear due to security concerns, and another 5 days should be given.
The Additional Sessions Judge expressed his anger and said that what is the way that Imran Khan can appear in 11 courts, not in the court, Imran Khan will appear in the judicial complex, there will be no time left for this, what is the trick, here. If the indictment is to be filed, come here, if the indictment is filed then leave.
Later, Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan for non-appearance.
Imran Khan reached the Islamabad High Court after appearing in the Anti-Terrorism Court and the Banking Court at the Judicial Complex.
Imran Khan's car was stopped at the gate of Islamabad High Court, but later after negotiations with the administration, Imran Khan's car was allowed to come to the court premises for biometrics, Imran Khan sat in the car and took biometrics. After which he appeared in court.
Islamabad High Court granted interim bail to former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the attempted murder case.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq heard the bail application of Imran Khan.
The court ordered Imran Khan to submit a surety bond of one lakh rupees and his interim bail was granted till March 9.
Imran Khan stood up and thanked the court for granting interim bail.
It should be noted that Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha had filed an FIR of attempted murder against Imran Khan.
