A 3-year-old girl was rescued after she was trapped in her family's car for an estimated period of 3 to 4 hours in Ras Al Khaimah.
The car's air conditioner was off and the doors and windows were closed.
The child passed out in the car.
The child was transferred to Saqr Governmental Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah.
She was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) to receive the treatment and was under medical supervision by a specialised medical team.
Sources affirmed the child's condition has become better during the past few hours.
Informed sources indicated that the family forgot the child in the car, an event which has been repeated many times over the past years, claiming, in some cases, the lives of some children.
Medical sources appealed to parents and family members to pay attention and be vigilant, in order to preserve the life and safety of their children.
