Dubai will soon have one of the largest and most innovative residential towers in the Middle East, Al Habtoor Group said on Thursday.
Al Habtoor Group revealed that its newest mega project termed the “Habtoor Tower” would feature 81 floors and 1,701 housing units.
Al Habtoor Group said, “The magnificent new tower, with ultra-luxurious living facilities, will be built in the prime location Al Habtoor City, located on Sheikh Zayed Road, home to Dubai’s most luxurious lifestyle destinations.”
The Habtoor Tower will feature 1,701 housing units.
Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, Founding Chairman of Al Habtoor Group said on Twitter, “Happy to launch Al Habtoor Tower, our new investment project, the largest residential building in the Middle East, possibly the largest in the world, and one of the most innovative and sustainable towers.
“The Habtoor Tower in Al Habtoor City will be a landmark in the sky of Dubai, and a unique architectural masterpiece. We hope that God Almighty grants success.”
Khalaf Al Habtoor made the statement during the groundbreaking ceremony of the Habtoor Tower on Thursday afternoon.
