One worker injured after 5 wooden boats catch fire in Sharjah

Sharjah Civil Defence successfully extinguished a fire in 5 wooden boats of Sharjah. One of the workers on the boats was injured with minor injuries.
The Sharjah Police Operations Room received a report on Saturday at 8:31am that a fire has broken out in a number of wooden boats parked on Sharjah Creek.
Fire teams, police patrols, and national ambulance headed to the accident site, and the fire was brought under control.
An Asian worker was injured; on board one of the boats with minor injuries and was taken to Al-Qasimi Hospital.
The Sharjah Police have started further investigation to find out the causes of the accident.
