His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, on Saturday announced the results of the federal project launched by the UAE in early 2023 to measure the quality of government services through the "Government Services Observatory," which receives one million evaluations from the public monthly.
Sheikh Mohammed praised the entities which topped the list of the best services, according to the public's evaluation, stressing that the approach of transparency and announcing the results is a guarantee of continuous development and improvement, and that no one should be flattered at the expense of home.
Sheikh Mohammed tweeted: “At the beginning of 2023, we launched a federal project to measure the quality of government services through the “Government Services Observatory,” which monthly receives one million evaluations from the public for more than 1,400 government services.
He added, "according to the public’s evaluation, the service of issuance of passports and driving licences comes on top of the best services list, which practically takes less than thirty minutes, in addition to the excellence of the services of the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and Foreign Affairs, while the services of attestation and equivalence of educational certificates and booking medical appointments come at the bottom of the list."
Sheikh Mohammed concluded his tweet by saying: "The public's evaluation gives each hard worker his true right, and the approach of transparency and announcing the results ensures continuous development and improvement... I have learned from my experiences not to flatter at the expense of the homeland."
