The real estate market in Dubai continues to grow with the registration of another penthouse sale in the emirate, days after the sale of a penthouse in Marsa Al Arab in Jumeirah for record Dhs420 million
The Luxhabitat Sotheby's International announced on Tuesday that it had concluded a deal for the most expensive penthouse ever in Palm Jumeirah for Dhs220 million.
The company's executive partner, Honey Deylami, has secured the sale of a massive four-storey mansion on Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, an exclusive development on Palm Jumeirah that includes only 17 residential units.
The penthouse sold was on the topmost floor of AVA at Palm Jumeirah. The sold penthouse is located on the top floor of the project and has an area of 33,406 square feet.
The property features a 360-degree infinity-edge pool and view of Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab and Ain Dubai.It has an indoor garden of 200 square metres on four floors and roof terrace with a 360-degree view.

Deylami comments, “Palm Jumeirah is proven to be one of the most sought-after locations for UHNW clientele. Although there is very limited stock available on the island in terms of existing or new developments, 611 transactions took place on the island in Q1, worth Dhs5.8 billion in sales volume.”
