The Dubai Criminal Court sentenced an Asian to three months in jail to be followed by deportation for biting off the ear of another following a dispute over getting private stuff back from a shared residence.
The case, which took place inside a shared residence in Al Jaddaf area in Dubai, dated back to August last year when an Asian filed a report in which he stated that his brother had been assaulted by a fellow man who was previously sharing a house with them.

He then informed the police accordingly and called for an ambulance, which took the victim to the hospital, he added.
A policeman stated in the interrogations that a team of detectives managed to arrest the defendant, who confessed to having assaulted the victim, who prevented him from getting his stuff back from the room he was previously living in.
