The Abu Dhabi Court for Family and Civil and Administrative Cases obligated a person to pay Dhs64,790, the value of feed for camels which he bought at intervals and did not pay despite signing papers obliging him to pay.
The details of the case date back to an earlier time, when a feed seller filed a lawsuit against a person, in which he requested court to obligate appellee to pay Dhs64,790, the value of feed he bought from him over a period of 7 years, so the amounts accumulated and he asked for a deadline to pay but he did not do.
The court decided to make the seller swear that an agreement was made with the appellee to buy the feed and that he did not pay it until the total sum amounted to Dhs64,790.
The court clarified that the case papers proved that the appellee did not deny his purchase of the feed, considering that he owed the seller the amount, and then obliged him to pay it.
