UAE Astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi on Tuesday wished Indians a very happy Independence Day from International Space Station (ISS). Neyadi took to his X (formerly known as Twitter) account to congratulate Indians in UAE and India on their 77th Independence Day.
Neyadi greeted Indians in Hindi, Urdu, Bangla, Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi and few other Indian languages.
He also shared a breathtaking picture of Indian capital New Delhi from the ISS.

After greetings in many Indian languages, Al Neyadi wrote "to all Indians around the world, Happy Independence Day from the International Space Station! Sharing with you a capture of India's capital, New Delhi, from space."
A day earlier Al Neyadi also wished Pakistanis on their Independence Day and shared a picture of Islamabad from the ISS.
"Happy Independence Day to all Pakistanis, especially those living in the UAE. As one of the largest expat communities in my country, we have lived together for years and learned a lot about your rich culture. Here's your capital, Islamabad, from space," he wrote on his X account.
