35% cut on traffic fines if paid in 60 days: AD Police

The Abu Dhabi Police announced an initiative through which drivers will have a 35 per cent discount in traffic fines if they are paid within the first 60 days from the date of committing the violation, and a 25 per cent discount when they are paid after 60 days and up to one year. Serious violations are excluded from the initiative, the police said.
Abu Dhabi Police said that fines are payable in instalments through banks registered with the Abu Dhabi Police with zero interest rate for 12 months.
