Sheikh Sultan approves 370 scholarships for University of Khorfakkan

His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, approved 370 scholarships for the University of Khorfakkan for the academic year 2023-2024.

These include 281 scholarships for bachelor’s degrees in all majors for the emirate’s male and female students, 8 scholarships for children of Emirati women and 81 scholarships for higher studies, master’s degree.

This was announced by Mohammed Khalaf through the Direct Line programme broadcast via the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority. The car parks dedicated for the Khorfakkan Club and Khorfakkan Amphitheatre under Sheikh Sultan’s instructions are about to be completed and will be free, he said.

These include 400 car parks, 24 bus stops, two U-turns and corridors for the club and amphitheatre, he added.
