His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Monday offered condolences to the Libyan people on the X platform.
Sheikh Mohammed tweeted: “We offer our heartfelt condolences to our brothers in Libya for the victims of the floods. We pray to Allah to ease their affliction and bestow His mercy upon the victims. May Allah protect Libya and its people from all harms! The UAE will always support its Arab brothers at all times.”
Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, also offered condolences to the Libyan people.
Sheikh Hamdan said, “My sincere condolences to our people in Libya for the victims of the hurricane and the catastrophic floods. We ask God for a speedy recovery for the injured... May God protect Libya and its people from all harm.”
