Autumn season in the UAE will astronomically begin next Saturday (Sept.23), and so will a drop in temperature in the country, especially at night, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
Monday’s weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy at times with low clouds appearing over the eastern coast in the morning, the NCM said.
Some cumulus clouds are likely to form in the east and south in the afternoon, accompanied by rains, it added, noting that the weather would be humid at night and on Tuesday morning in some coastal and inland areas.
Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds will blow, turning to northwesterly and to active and sand-stirring at times during the day, while the sea will have regular to moderate waves in the Arabian Gulf and regular waves in the Sea of Oman.
