The UAE fuel price committee, on Saturday, announced petrol and diesel prices for October. The new prices witnessed an increase between 2-3 fils for petrol and 17 fils for diesel per litre compared to the prices of September.
The new prices, which include 5 per cent VAT, will take effect from Sunday.
Super 98 petrol will cost Dhs3.44 a litre, compared to Dhs3.42 a litre in September, an increase of 2 fils, while Special 95 will cost Dh3.33 a litre, compared to Dh3.31 a litre in September, an increase of 2 fils.
E-Plus 91 petrol will cost Dh3.26 a litre, compared to Dh2.23 a litre in September, an increase of 3 fils. Diesel will cost Dh3.57 a litre, compared to Dh3.40 a litre in September, an increase of 17 fils.
