His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, inaugurated Souq Al Jubail in Al Dhaid, on Monday.
His Highness then toured the market's various sections and was briefed on the market's services provided to the customers. The market includes four sections: the meat section, the fruit and vegetable section, the fish section, and the central courtyard, in addition to warehouses and freezers.
During his tour, the Ruler of Sharjah saw the market's architectural designs, as it bears Islamic features, which go for internal and external decorations. The building also has high specifications regarding security and safety ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for its customers.
Sheikh Sultan viewed a presentation that covered the most prominent features of the market, which includes 86 various commercial stores, in addition to allocating a side space to be used as a branch of the cooperative society or a supermarket. The central courtyard includes restaurants, cafés, a reception desk, a children's playground, and prayer rooms.
