Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, presided over the graduation ceremony of the Police Science Academy in Sharjah.
The ceremony included the graduation of the first doctoral batch and the fifth master’s batch in Police Management, Criminal Investigation, and Quality and Excellence in Security Work.
During the event, Sheikh Sultan reviewed the accompanying exhibition showcasing the research and doctoral projects of the graduating students.
Mohammed Khamis Al Othmani, Director General of the Police Science Academy, welcomed Sheikh Sultan and expressed gratitude for his continuous support. He praised the significant efforts of Sheikh Sultan and the Ruler of Sharjah in advancing the Academy to the forefront of modern and advanced police academies.
Al Othmani highlighted the Academy’s quarter-century journey, emphasising its role in societal service and educational excellence in the field of security.
Al Othmani congratulated the graduates, urging them to dedicate themselves to serving their country.
Khalifa Nasser Al Himiari, representing the graduates, expressed appreciation to Sheikh Sultan for his presence and support. Sheikh Sultan then presented certificates to 45 graduates, including 10 with doctoral degrees and 35 with master’s degrees, wishing them success in their future endeavour.
The ceremony was attended by notable figures, including Sheikh Salem Bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Ruler’s Office, Dr. Mansour Bin Nassar, Head of the Legal Department of the Government of Sharjah, and Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police. Commemorative photos were taken to mark the occasion.
