King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain arrived in Abu Dhabi on Thursday to participate in United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28), as the leader of his country's delegation.
The global event, which commenced on Thursday at Dubai Expo City, brings together 180 heads of state and government from around the world.
Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, together with a number of senior officials, welcomed King Hamad upon his arrival in Abu Dhabi.

Also during the day, King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, arrived in Abu Dhabi to participate in COP28, as the head of his country's delegation.
Sheikh Hamdan and other senior officials welcomed Jordan king upon his arrival in Abu Dhabi.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republic of Turkey arrived in the UAE to participate in the COP28. Erdogan was welcomed by His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court.
